Yes. Upgrades start straight away. To move to a lower plan: cancel your current plan in Settings → Billing, keep it until the paid period ends, then choose the new plan.
Yes. Prices are in Indian rupees and include 18% GST. The price you see is the full amount you pay, with no extra charges at checkout. You get a GST tax invoice from Nexivara, the company behind Sort My Legacy, for every website payment.
We use Razorpay for cards, UPI, and net banking where available in your region. Cancel auto-renewal anytime from billing settings; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Subscription fees aren't refunded, except when we've made a mistake: if we charged you twice or the wrong amount, we refund the extra within 7 working days.
