Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Sort My Legacy does not offer refunds for any subscription fees, whether paid annually or monthly. Once payment is processed, you will not be entitled to a refund, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the Service
  • Partial use of the Service
  • Account cancellation or termination
  • Unused portion of a subscription period

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refunds policy.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of that period. After cancellation, your account will revert to the Free tier (if applicable), and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.

To cancel, contact us at support@sortmylegacy.com or use the cancellation option in your account settings (when available). Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.

3. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical failures that prevented access to the Service. Such exceptions are not guaranteed. Contact support@sortmylegacy.com with details if you believe you have a valid exception.
