1. No Refunds Policy
All sales are final. Bindal Infotech (operating Sort My Legacy) does not offer refunds for any subscription fees, whether paid annually or monthly. Once payment is processed, you will not be entitled to a refund from us, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or no longer needing the Service
- Partial use of the Service
- Account cancellation or termination
- Unused portion of a subscription period
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refunds policy.
In-app purchases:If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that purchase is billed by the app store and any refund is governed by Apple's or Google's refund policy and request process — not by this policy. Manage or cancel those subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of that period. After cancellation, your account will revert to the Free tier (if applicable), and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.
To cancel online, sign in and go to Settings → Billing, then use "Cancel at end of billing period" for subscriptions billed through Razorpay. You may also use the Legal entity and compliance contact on this page or our contact form. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.
3. Questions about charges
If you need to query a specific transaction (for example, to confirm what was charged or to report suspected unauthorized use of your payment method), contact the compliance officer using the Legal entity and compliance contact below with transaction details. We do not provide refunds on subscription fees under any circumstance, including disputed duplicate charges, alleged billing errors, or loss of access; any reversal of a payment is only through Razorpay, card networks, banking channels, or binding legal process, not through a discretionary merchant refund from Bindal Infotech.
