Sort My Legacy is a digital death planning platform that helps Indian families document, organize, and plan for the secure transfer of financial, legal, and digital assets. The Service includes: self-assessment quiz, financial inventory, will builder, document storage, family access controls, medical directives, action plan, and related tools. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
3. Account and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India (or permitted jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscription and Payment
Certain features require a paid subscription (Basic, Premium, Complex Estate). Fees are in Indian Rupees (₹) and billed annually unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed via Razorpay. Refunds are subject to our refund policy. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable Use
